Prana Terms & Conditions
1. Appointments & Bookings
• All sessions are by appointment only.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your booking is complete.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full session price.
3. Health & Well-being
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to your session.
• Prana treatments are complementary therapies, not substitutes for medical advice or care.
• You are responsible for consulting your GP or healthcare provider when necessary.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other clients’ appointments.
• Full fees still apply for late arrivals.
5. Conduct & Confidentiality
• All sessions are strictly professional, safe, and confidential.
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Personal information will be handled in line with data protection guidelines.
6. Retreats & Workshops
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your place.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be non-refundable unless your place can be filled.
• Prana reserves the right to adjust the schedule or facilitators if necessary.
7. Payment
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, in cash, or via other agreed methods.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the expiry date.
